Which type of boiler do I need?

How often should I have my boiler serviced?
To maintain safety and efficiency, it is recommended that you have your boiler serviced annually by an industry registered engineer.
Do you repair boilers?

Yes. Our Corgi registered engineers specialise in the installation, service and repair of all boiler makes and models.

Do you carry out boiler inspections if there is an indication of fault?
Yes. If you believe your boiler has a fault or needs a repair and your warranty (the boiler is over one year old) has expired we can provide a full inspection and diagnosis of the fault.
Do I need a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate?
All gas appliances should be serviced and safety checked every twelve months. Landlords, however, are under a legal obligation to have this servicing carried out under the 1998 Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Call National Grid UK on 0800 111 999, they are available 24/7.

  • Do not touch any electrical switches to turn off or on
  • Turn the gas off at the meter
  • Open doors and windows
  • Get everyone out of the affected area
Can you fit entire bathrooms?

Yes! Not only can we deal with the plumbing side of things, but we can install any fixtures and fittings, including radiators. We can even take care of tiling work.
